Our favourite Bengali sweet!
Yesterday, we both enjoyed a lovely Bengali sweet called 'Rasmalai', which is made of paneer (i believe), and then it is placed in sweet, thick and creamy milk and often topped with pistachio nuts!
Maybe we will make a recipe soon....
